- Why would you like to join Beads?
- I'm very interested in and committed to participatory approaches and methodologies and am currently working on deepening my knowledge and understanding in this area to be able to better integrate them into my work. I am mid-way through a Participatory Training course, and joining Beads seems to me to be a really great way to become involved in a community of like minded people to share experiences and ideas, to enable all of us to constantly strive to be better at what we all aim to do in our work -supporting people to have better lives.
